Click on Start
write cmd
click on Comand Prompt

you will get the command prompt
C:\Users> write here cd\ and press enter
C:\> will be here
C:\>write the command "del *.tmp/a/s" then press enter

Emaple:

C:\>del *.tmp/a/s
C:\DumpStack.log.tmp
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Deleted file - C:\Users\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\JumpListIconsMostVisited\06660ae5-6b22-40fc-901d-465cef757751.tmp

You will see the template file will be deleted from c drive.
